Heal from the darkness of loss
You are not alone.
Losing someone to suicide is an incredibly painful and complex experience, often leaving survivors with deep emotional scars. Led by Misha Porembski, CLC, ABHP, our treatment offers a holistic approach, combining the life-changing power of Scripture, taking the time to listen and understand your story, and incorporate the scientifically proven brain health strategies of the Amen Clinic to help you feel better as soon as possible. With over 18 years of experience in grief, trauma, and suicide recovery, Misha has helped countless individuals navigate the overwhelming grief, sense of guilt, and confusion that can follow a suicide loss.
Focusing on the healing strategies of Post-Traumatic Growth, Misha works with you to transform the pain of loss into personal growth and resilience. She helps you navigate the trauma of losing a loved one to suicide, building emotional resilience, and overcoming the anxiety and depression that often follow. Together with you, she will craft a customized plan to support your recovery and empower you to find peace, purpose, and healing in the aftermath of your loss.
Misha’s own journey as a widow who lost her husband to suicide in 2007 fuels her deep passion for helping others through the darkness of grief. As a pregnant widow, Misha faced overwhelming depression, and, with God’s guidance, she found healing and purpose. Misha raised her two daughters, became a triathlete, authored five books on grief resilience, and created 180 Your Life from Tragedy to Triumph, a curriculum used by local churches to help others in similar situations. Misha believes in the power of personal dreams and the abundant life that Jesus promises, and she is here to help you find your strength and hope once again. Take the first step with her toward healing and rebuilding a life you love.
