forgiveness coaching
"Everyone thinks forgiveness is a lovely idea, until they have something to forgive."
CS Lewis
Forgiveness coaching is about freedom. For you. Peace. For your your heart.
Our bodies were not designed to carry bitterness well. Here’s what happens when we try. Depression, anxiety, fear, nightmares, anger, control issues, addictions, food disorders, “gut” organ issues. Most people go to a medical doctor and get prescription medications to cope. While meds have a place, when it comes to bitterness and its symptoms, there’s a better way.
What is forgiveness coaching?
Forgiveness coaching, rooted in Christian principles, shows you how to forgive those you can’t seem to forgive, and find the freedom your heart desires.
If you don’t find a way to forgive, you will limp through life accumulating more and more resentment, tormented by your inability or unwillingness to forgive. The Forgiving Forward coaching protocol will lead you to release the past and be equipped for the future hurts you are sure to endure.
How does forgiveness coaching work?
Forgiveness coaching is like that good coach gets you to do what you don’t want to do so you can become what you do want to become.
It’s very different from a standard counseling session. Forgiveness coaching can be best described as an out patient “heart surgery” of a spiritual kind, and we will treat it as such. We will only stop to take short bathroom breaks as needed and we will finish when we’re finished.
We allot 3 hours for an individual session and 4 hours for a couple session, though it may take less depending upon your story. Much like any other outpatient surgery, it would be wise to ease back into the rest of your day.
Imagine what it would feel like to live with joy and a light heart, no longer weighed down with the hurts and pain of an unforgiving spirit. Contact us today for a free phone consultation, or if you’re ready, book a session to meet in our East Cobb office by clicking the “book a session” button below.

And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.
Ezekiel 36:26 NLT
I believe unforgiveness is at the root of most, if not all, addictions.
