It’s a real thing. It’s really happening! Please spread the word!
Make plans to be there in April to reconnect and renew in the beautiful mountains outside Asheville. We will begin Thursday night and gather the next three mornings to breathe, laugh, play and grow. You’ll have each afternoon and evening to hang out, explore the area, or just rest your spirit. Maybe even stay an extra day or two. Click the links below and read on!

Based upon conversations in the Facebook group, we can create some optional excursions for the afternoons. Let’s see what develops!
The Lodge at Flat Rock is an amazing getaway just south of Asheville, and will be a perfect spot for the gang to gather. Not too big, not too small. Be sure and check out their website to begin the exploration. The best part? NO chaperones…
Rates
We have contracted a special double occupancy room rate of $399 for two double beds (Thursday night, $119, Friday and Saturday nights, $139). There’s also a King bed rate for a little more (Thursday night, $139, Friday and Saturday nights, $159).

Complimentary hot breakfast
And and and… just to make the mornings go a little smoother, there’s a complimentary hot breakfast each morning from 6:30-9:30. Boom.
For the other meals, you can find what suits you and your budget, whether you want a quick bite nearby or a taste of the hip Asheville downtown.
Of course, spouses/significant others and family are welcome! Of course they can be a part of the gatherings (um, soooo highly recommended) or they can tag along and busy themselves while we’re meeting, no event registration required.
Of course former volunteer leaders are welcome!!
If you have other lodging options (cool rich friends in the area with a basement flat that owe you) then just come on over for the gatherings and hang out as you please!
Plans change? No worries, you can get a full refund 30 days prior to the event (so that would be March 13). Check with the hotel regarding their cancellation charges.
